VEHICLE COLLISION: Woman Killed in Van Nuys Hit-and-Run on Halloween still Unidentified

Van Nuys - The Coroner’s Office has failed to identify the woman who died in a hit-and-run collision on Halloween, reports said.
The victim appeared to be Hispanic or Caucasian who is between the ages of 50 and 65 was found along Victory Boulevard, west of Van Nuys Boulevard, at around 5:35 a.m. on October 31.
Reports said she has brown eyes and brown hair. In addition, she has a vertical scar under her navel, weighs around 100 pounds, and is around 5 to 6 foot tall.
Anyone who has information regarding the woman’s identity is asked to call the police.
