Woman Hit by Suspected Drunk Driver While Jogging

Agora Hills, CA - A 46-year-old woman who was jogging along the border of the Thousand Oaks and Oaks Park was hit and killed by a suspected drunk driver.
The victim was identified as Karey Marsh, a local of Thousand Oaks. She was jogging along the bicycle lane when a car hit her and threw her body more than 30 feet away.
The authorities who responded to the 911 call by an unidentified witness had to use a thermal camera to locate Marsh’s body in the shrubs.
The driver, 23-year-old Nicholas Lagrotta, sustained minor injuries in the accident.
Investigators are still unable to locate the witness who called 911 to report the accident.
