Suspected DUI Driver Hits Motorcycle; Injures 2

Clearlake – A woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) after she struck a motorcycle and injured its two passengers late Tuesday, reports said.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the accident occurred around 8:45 p.m. along Highway 20. The suspect, identified as 31-year-old Jolyn Jennifer Johnson, allegedly turned her 2004-model Infiniti into the lane of a motorcycle with two passengers. She hit the motorcycle in the process, sending its passengers crashing on the road. Johnson suffered minor injuries.

Meanwhile, the driver of the Harley Davidson was identified as 33-year-old Bobby Glen Hendry Jr., while his passenger was identified as 24-year-old Terra Noel England. The two were moderately injured.
