CAR COLLISION: Responding LAPD officers involved in car accident

Los Angeles – Two LAPD officers were involved in a car collision in Silver Lake, Monday night while being dispatched to respond to a reported robbery-in-progress at Virgil and Lockwood Avenues.

The incident was reported at around 9:53 p.m. According to Sgt. Eron Keil of the Central Traffic Division, both officers and the other driver were all taken to the hospital, but none of them were injured seriously.

Police are still looking for any witnesses. The names of the people involved also remain undisclosed.
