CAR CRASH: Police Investigate Cause of Four Fontana Teens’ Death in Weekend Fiery Crash

Fontana - Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the crash that resulted in a fiery crash that killed four Fontana teenagers over the weekend, reports said.

Initial investigations showed that a Chrysler Sebring driven by Javier Contreras was traveling east at high speed at around 1 am on Foothill Boulevard when he lost control of the wheels, veered into the westbound lane and crashed into a train tressel. The car burst into flames after the collision.

Police said Contreras and one of his companions died instantly in the accident. The other two passengers were seriously injured and taken to local hospitals but died later.
