DUI CAR ACCIDENT: Drunk Driver Arrested after Crashing into House in Oakland

Oakland - Authorities have arrested a suspected drunk driver after he crashed into a house near an intersection.

According to reports, California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers had earlier noticed the male driver’s vehicle moving at an excessive speed near 78th Avenue and Arthur Street.

A short pursuit occurred when police turned a corner to chase the vehicle, but saw that it already smashed into a house.

The driver complained of back and neck pain after the incident. No one else was injured in the crash, said reports.
