Car Crash Kills Four in Colton

Colton - Four people were killed in a car crash in Colton last Sunday. The accident happened on the 215 Freeway near South La Cadena Drive.

According to San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department spokesperson Jodi Miller, the names and relationships of the victims were unavailable until their families are notified.

At least two vehicles were involved in the crash and one was totally engulfed in flames, fire officials said.

The freeway’s southbound lanes were closed for several hours but had been reopened by noon.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
