Los Angeles - "Mad men" star January Jones' SUV hits three parked cars after an alleged "paparazzi" chase on Thursday at 9 p.m.

The police said Jones, who portrays Betty Draper, lost control on her Ranger Rover and struck three parked vehicles near her house in Los Angeles. There were no reported injuries sustained by Jones, drivers, and occupants.

Jones was on her way home after watching a basketball game with her friends at London West Hollywood Hotel. She reported that paparazzi were chasing her, causing her to smash into the parked vehicles.

According to reports, Jones walked few meters to her house after villagers bounded her. She left her license with a witness to call 911. She then changed her clothes, and returned 45 minutes later at the accident scene.

Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers had not conducted any sobriety test on Jones nor have cited any charges. Authorities explained that there were no evidence of alcohol or drugs involved in the accident, but the actress’ SUV was impounded for further investigation.

Food Network icon Bobby Flay, arrived later at the accident scene upon Jones' request. He commented that she saw the actress drank a beer, but showed no sign of intoxication. She has his phone number because of a prior negotiation on kitchen renovation.
