VEHICLE COLLISION: 2 hurt in Madera vehicle crash

Madera County – A vehicle which ran a red light in an intersection smashed into a pickup truck resulting to moderate injuries, Wednesday morning.
According to authorities, a woman who was driving a car ran a red light at the intersection of Road 25 and Avenue 8, which caused it to crash into the crossing pickup.
The pickup overturned and its female driver suffered moderate injuries, and has to be pulled out by emergency personnel. She was not wearing a seatbelt.
On the other hand, the driver of the car wore a seatbelt but was also injured. The infant riding the car was not hurt.
